We make every effort to ensure that all the orders are delivered as soon as possible. Once you place the order, the delivery time will be informed to you as per the delivery location and you can also live track the order. The scheduled delivery orders will be delivered according to the time slot selected by you.
No. However a small delivery charge is applied to the orders below INR 500 and for all orders above, the delivery is free.

Yes! You can pre-book and schedule delivery according to your need.
All our products go through several rounds of cleaning to ensure that you get fresh and clean products. This might affect the color of some of the products that you receive (mostly freshly cut) and lead to the chance of the final weight changing a little while packaging. The product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.
We deliver all our orders between 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Every product will have an expiry date sticker (or best before sticker) which mentions the date before which the product should be consumed.
Refer to the expiry date and store the meat in the refrigerator between 0⁰- 4⁰ C.
Make portions as per your consumption needs and freeze to avoid multiple thawing/freezing.
You can also store it within a food bag in a container and put it in your freezer but make sure that it’s well wrapped and protected from air as storing products unwrapped can expose them to freezer burns and lead to build up of ice.
Seafood, poultry, and meats are always recommended to be in a temperature-controlled environment.
Please note the meat products can only be returned if:
- It’s delivered after the expiry date.
- The package has been altered or damaged during transit.
- The item delivered does not match the order placed.

Yes. We make sure that the required segregation is done between all our vegetarian and non- vegetarian products.
In case you would like to rethink your purchase, you can cancel your order at any point until it is out for delivery. The refund will be instantly initiated at the time of cancellation and credited to your original payment source in a maximum of 5-7 business days. However, please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be canceled or refunded, irrespective of the mode of payment.
